Removing Admins

Hello. I own a 24/7 RP server, and I added an admin from ingame the other day (ulx adduser). Foolishly, I did not check his background and figured out he is a bad person. How do I remove him from admin? Thanks.

Remove his data block in ULib/users.txt

But when I add them from ingame, it does not add there.

It's in the main data directory, not the addons/ULib/data directory.
