ULX Not working

ULX is not working, its installed on the server but not messages in the console showing that it has loaded. Only changes I've made to the server were installing MySQL and prometheus, I uninstalled prometheus but the issue is still there.

Really didn't want to have to do it but I reinstalled and its fixed now. No idea what happened
