How to stop DarkRP Names showing across the map?

Hi,

I've currently got a server going and my darkrp names are showing up from a really far distance and I was wondering if there is a way to decrease the range of the names picking up and showing to players?

Can turn off. I find no distance setting.
There are some chat and voice distances but ive no knowledge if that also affects player name view. It would make sense if they did. Cant speak to who you can't see.
