ULX wont work with new gmod

Ive installed my ulx in Gmod>addons folder with info.txt in each and it says in console that: "
ERROR! Module 'ulib' not found!" any suggestion reply plz.

Seriously, don't you see a trend in the names of other threads in this area? Couldn't you have read the other 7 threads that point this out and find out what you need to do to fix this? heres a tip, its 3 letters long, and it spells SVN..
