Out of context, I would ask the same as Mikfoz did 'wth'. But in context, I think Conna meant to be like the final 'rap' contest in the movie '8 mile' where rabbit says 'yeah, I'm trailer trash, but did you know this guy 'blah'"
It worked in a movie.
Conna couldn't pull it off. Doubtful he could ever. He just doesn't convey sarcasm well in 2d text. He comes across as a butt 95% of the time.
I'm sure he means to 99% of the time.
