(Help) Making Groups

i was just wondering how to make new groups like (donator) and how you can change the permission to the group. ???

Please use our FAQs - /index.php/topic,3073.0.html
While in game as a superadmin in console, "ulx usermanagementhelp" will also give you a quick list of the commands in that FAQ
