That also tells me that users just don't know how to use the console... or binds... or anything else in ULX...

, which actually have some pretty good, new ideas. The new bits I see are the focus on cross-server integration and the way permissions are hierarchical (granting access to 'weapons' implicitly grants access to 'weapons.crowbar').
