New ULX song to go with a video.

I want someone to make a new ULX video.
I'd love to use this song with it.
I'm good with audio. I could tweak it (if needed) to match the video.

(ULX has) NO (other) ALTERNATIVE!
(I have a good quality VBR mp3 that came in over attachment size limit, so found the following.)
