CSS weapons.

I am finishing off the CSS weapons tonight, I'll get them perfect in order for release 1.0  hope you will have fun with them!

EDIT:  I was going to get game_ui sorted out too, some people may have fun with that.

Thanks alot!  The auto sniper is what I'm doing when I've finished the admin gun, you also played around with that.
