Is the default usergroup simply the last one in the users.txt?

D/R this thread. Apparently not. Moving on to my other thread asking how to set the default usergroup. (Ulx and UTeam and Sui Scoreboard)

For anyone else asking, it's 'users'... and in ULib terms, anyone not assigned to any other group custom or otherwise, through ULib users.txt or the gmod default /settings/users.txt... they get assigned to users.
