Server.ini missing

I think I'm having a similar issue to what you guys are.

"[ULX] ERROR: The server.ini file is missing!"

ulx menu and the admin commands do not function, however ulx kick, ulx adduser still work fine.

I'm suprised the release version works at all. You should use svn for now or wait for the next release coming soon
