EDIT: I checked out the server, the "movements" work by making you spectate an NPC spawned in your place and animating it. The sounds are pretty much just what you'd think.

But were they truly written for ULX?
Were they actually used by those with admin access, or did he just confuse another script being related to ULX?
I've seen talk scripts before. Not overly difficult, and the ones I saw didn't use any type of UCL.
I've not seen the movement script before, but it sounds interesting and fun.

It was using the old ULX v1.13 menus, not sure it used the access, but it was using the menu...
