Restricting noclip for players

How do i restrict noclip for player but when they get promoted to respected they are allowed to use noclip?

Set noclip to not allowed (sv_noclip 0 I think), then give access to "ulx noclip" for your respected users.

Any key would work, but yes, it would work that way.
Use a key that isn't used if you use other servers with normal noclip.
