People can't move stuff with Phys gun when ULX is installed!

This must be something to do with Item Protection so how do i disable it?

They're not supposed to be able to move your things if you set your access to prop protect. If it doesn't seem to be working correctly, then you need to upgrade to ULX v0.9.
