ULX invalid it is installed?

It is installed and I cannot addusers to superadmin.
please help if any suggestions

Paste a copy of your groups.txt file in here please.

Also if you could run 'ulx debuginfo' from your server and paste the contents of that to here as well. It's likely something is corrupt or configured wrong in your configuration files.
