How do I set Group Manager back? NEED ANSWER SOON!

Because i'm an idiot (I accept that for doing this) I need to know the console command to re-add the group manager to super admins again because I removed it without reading what the warning said. I know i'm an idiot xD

lol, The easiest way is to fix that is from your SERVER console (or RCON or ulx rcon if you still have access to it), enter the command "ulx groupallow superadmins xgui_managegroups", and you should be good to go!
