Addon Restriction (Unless there is and I've not found it)

What would be great is to restrict certain usergroups from addons or even just console commands, for example, my server runs ULX (obviously) and PAC3 (Player Appearance Customiser http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=887940 ) Which is awesome, but I don't want every mingebag who joins and knows how to open the 'Q' menu, where the PAC tool is, to attach a shipment container to his characters genitalia, so I think that there should be limits to users abilities with addons :) Thoughts?

You'd have to pretty much edit PAC3, and add ply:GetUserGroup() == "admin", somewhere.
