Uh, no, actually, Ulysses has a 'news' category that a developer will make a totally new release post in, along with posting download links on ulyssesmod.net in the Downloads page
Then, and only then, will ULX be ready for GM13.

Ok, then, when should we expect it to be ready? almost all my custom things use ulx.
