Change color of asay text?

The purple color of "you" in the admin say text is confusing my admins in TTT (since it looks a lot like a team color).  What file can i edit to change the color it displays?

P.S. I tried searching but couldnt find it.

i think in xgui you can do it in echo settings, if not there take a look around i saw a colour picker in the xgui settings.
