MOTD cvar not replicated to clients?

I'm running into a strange issue right now where the motdfile on my server is not being set on the clients, so my old motd is showing up. I used to just have an actual text file as my motd, but I decided to put my motd online instead. When I type motdfile in my server console, the correct url is showing up. However, in my client, motd.txt is what shows up instead.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: I'm guess it's broken because of this? /index.php/topic,5774.0.html />EDIT2: Rate me bad reading. I changed motdFile, when I was supposed to change ulx showMotd. Sorry folks!
