It shouldn't be overly complex for someone with minimal Lua knowledge to do this themselves. There are plenty of examples that are nearly what you would need already in place. :)

Which file could i use as a template to make the vote gag?  I assume  vote kick or vote ban would work, but im having trouble finding the files that control that.
