Help me make a code?

I want a code to were someone joins the server, and if they are not on the "elite" ulx usergroup, the disconnect/are not allowed to join. Can anyone help me whip something up?

Though a quick release like that is fun, I guess technically one could set "ulx rslots" = sbox_maxplayers, and then give only those players you want joining "ulx reservedslots" access.

Though this would allow you to have both a whitelist AND reserved slots.
