Hey,

I want ulx to handle the chat and tags in my garrysmod racer but the button team is just grey, how to fix?

Because other gamemodes handle teams, ULX only allows team<=>group tie-in during Sandbox.
Nothing to fix, other than asking your gamemode author (or you, if you created it) to do what you ask.
