Wednesday afternoon, Garry will release a patch that not only affects ULX but completely renders it useless. The mass hysteria that ensues causes the entirety of the facepunch community to break out into anarchy. Garry's Mod is pulled from Steam and then the world ends.


okay... that last part may be a bit over the top, but the rest of it is totally going to happen.

Plausible. Happened in past, more than..well, I can't count how often it's happened. Sadly.

This one is what got my attention;

Not far from that now, non-patch hysteria.

OH the anarchy of the mostly 12 to 17 year old DarkRP fantasy world markets that would collapse.

and then the world ends.

At least, the fantasy ones of the RP'ers.

Yeah, could all happen.


Oh, and Megiddo...stop in LV and gamble a bit.
Set a reasonable limit. Walk out when you lose it all up front, or start losing after you've plateaued at tje top.
I set a $20 limit on a cruise once...lost down to $5, won up to $60, left with $50.
Was fun just to say 'yeah, been there, done that, got a token for it'.

So true, sadly.

I'm still debating gambling JamminR. I have no problem with it on principal (don't think I'd be the type to be addicted), but I think I'd feel crappy supporting something that ruins lives and often goes to support shady things.
