Admins can't see User chat?

As above.
Admins can't see what users say in chat.
I have alltalk set to 'everyone' if that helps.

Nothing in ULX would cause what you're seeing.
And by 'everyone' for sv_alltalk, you mean "1", right?

I'm guessing you have a chat addon or code modification that's causing the issue.

Found out what the issue was, it was a newly installed addon.
