Certain usergroup to only noclip themselves and nobody else?

Hello,

I am wondering how I would make certain ULX usergroups to be able to use the ulx noclip command on themselves (and other people of the same rank ofcourse) and nobody else.
The ranks I need this to be set is for "admin" and "donoradmin".
I get confused about the target settings. I know it is easy and right infront of my eyes but like I said, I get confused.
If somebody could help me with this, thank you.
