Server randomly crashes

So im running a ttt server on my own personal desktop, and sometimes the server randomly crashes, sometimes parts of the map just disappear and people go invisible, and sometimes the round doesnt start and people's models dont load. Here are some of the errors i receive, can anyone help me fix them?

From my opinion, either your server or the computer you are playing on doesn't have enough memory. You aren't playing on the computer hosting the server are you?
