How to Bind something that will say it on group chat.

How to Bind something that will say it on group chat. Self-explanatory, so lets say I do !slap Mason 0, it will not spam the chat and instead not show anything since when alive group chat is disabled.

instead of say it's say_team

so bind p "say_team !slap ^ 0"
