He fixed the link now which is good.
Nanunk, just some professional (i think so at least) advice:
1. If you're going to post a template application and then fill out said application as a little example for users, you may want to take the application seriously so that others can follow your lead. You must lead by example, and if you're interested in staff who can take an application and a position seriously, then you need to be able to show them that you are capable of demanding a set of standards from those who apply. Otherwise, I look at your example and think it's a joke, then I'll treat it like a joke when I apply (hypothetically).
2. If the group is by invite only, how do you expect users in these forums to go there and apply if you submit a link to the private area. Perhaps divide the forums into Public (for apps) and Private (for all else). This way users don't have to go around loops to apply and can get straight to it.
3. Out of curiosity, what do you use Steam IDs for? If it's for granting users a certain rank via console then you may want to go with the static ID (the one you gave in your example can change, thus creating dead links in the future). Just Google Steam ID converters and you'll find some common ones. Here's one I use:
http://steamidconverter.com/4. I noticed the owner of that group doesn't have a public Steam group. May want to look into for obvious reasons, unless you guys have a website already.
Best of luck! I'll gladly help out if you need any. You can message me here or via the link under my avi.
