ULib queue error - reinstalled but still breaking

1. ULib queue error: addons/ulx/lua/ulx/xgui/server/sv_groups.lua:292: bad arguement #1 to 'KeyValuesToTable' <string expected, got nil>

This is the error I'm getting from the console.
Looks like once ULX breaks everything else does along with it, scoreboard, jobs etc.
The last thing I installed before it broke was standard stuff such as TDM & M9K packs.

I've reinstalled Ulib & ULX serveral times (cleared out the data folder that had ULX/Ulib files too.)

You appear to have an error in your server's garrysmod/settings/users.txt file. Check and fix that file, and it should solve your problem.
