Need help w/ groups through rcon

I was messing with groups to make it so only coder+ could have all the user management powers and I deleted the powers from superadmin and I tried a lot of rcon commands including ulx groupallow "ulx groupallow" and w/o quotes.

Also tried ulx userallow but still didnt work

Did you happen to specify the group?  I'm pretty sure it is possible to fix it through RCON, but your next best thing would be to factory reset ulx/ulib.
