Pointshop playermodel issue?

When people look at my pointshop on my server in the playermodel tab it looks like this

This is the playermodels

These are accessories

It looks like they are just zoomed in but i would like some help on fixing them

What pointshop addon is this? I had this trouble with a custom skin for _Undefined's pointshop, and I can share the fix if that's what you need.
