Let's do it.
No, really.

I've been eyeing it for a while. :)

When it's well supported I'll probably implement it.

Bah, I say run both at once. If HTTPS isn't working, then can use HTTP.
HTTP = Ulysses "release" platform.
HTTPS = Ulysses "beta" platform.

Heck, we've done it with our download versus svn/gitrepo code for years. :P

This has my support as well! :) .. Except, Megiddo will have to set everything up, so it's mostly up to him. But at least you know that I support it! :D

We are now running a Let's Encrypt cert. I'm not forcing the use of SSL (yet), since some browsers (like FireFox apparently) don't fully support it (yet).

I had to drop CloudFlare to do this. Oh well...

Define "don't fully support"?
I'm now browsing/logged into Ulysses using, what I thought, was https on Firefox 43.04 (and after I restart here in a bit, 44.something I think)

I just tested https directly, seems to work fine. Perhaps I should clarify- it didn't work when / forced a redirect to https://, that's when firefox was complaining. (And Chrome did the same thing as well)

Chrome handled the redirect fine on my system
