Can't Spawn Admin Vehicles/Weapons

So I just made a dedicated sandbox server and I installed ULX on it. I made myself superadmin but I still cannot spawn admin weapons/vehicles etc. Do you guys know how to fix this? Thanks.

ULX does not do anything in regards to spawning weapons and vehicles. Please contact the authors of the mods you're using.
