Yes I already did that.
But then no one have access even not the owner rank.

When I give admin rank access then owner can use it too.

Admin rank =    "inherit_from"   "user"
Owner rank =    "inherit_from"   "superadmin"

Doesn't make sense really.

Give the owner access, verify that you (as an owner) can't use it, run "ulx debuginfo" and post the results here.
