Team Coloured Name tags
« on: May 28, 2016, 02:26:21 pm »
I am new to ULX and LUA in general.

I was browsing the sites looking for a name tag above heads that wasn't broken by Gmod 13. No luck. So I asked my friend if he could hit me up with a basic LUA that makes a text field above heads. Then with what little knowledge I have I made this. I thought I would post it here for other people with little knowledge to use in case they are unable to find one.

Put it in,
garrysmod/lua/autorun/

It has,
-Team Colours.
-Distance Fading.
-Customizable Font.

(I'm sorry if I did anything wrong and if there is a problem with this LUA, please correct me in the reply section c:)

Looking through the code...
Code: Lua
  1. surface.CreateFont( "dank", {
really? XD

Very simple looking code, just one function actually, but I'm so used to how the Ulysses codestyle looks that ugh it bothers me lol.

Other than that, pretty good.

Welp, would you expect the word 'dank' to appear anywhere else? xD
