Hi Snipe, perhaps previous discussion here didn't make it clear, or it is perhaps you're just tired.
The scenarios you spell out are what we've discussed, and have made it more difficult, at least for those "ULX" combo exploits, to be used in combination. (Must have SVN of ULib and ULX)

Additionally, Garry can't fix it (at least, not without rewriting the Source voice engine).
It's a Source engine exploitation, not Gmod itself.
