Looking for working ULX AutoPromote script?

I have utime installed, works great.

Is there any plugins for ulx that promote users to a certain defined group after they reach a certain time played?

I heard something about AutoPromote? Is that updated, and how would I install it?

Well, the first place to look wouldn't be in a forum section about ULib and ULX specific help, but instead the releases section where everyone contributes.
Then, better yet, look over posts in each release, AutoPromote included.
Go back a few pages to after when Gmod 13 was released. (October 2012)
Lo and behold, a community member posted something that might just work.
