Moderators can Ban me, the Owner.

My owner rank is set to a way high group than moderator, but for some reason, they are able to ban me.

Seems to be setup perfectly fine. I have user targeting donator like this, !%donator, Donator targeting moderator, like this, !%moderator , and so on. all the way to owner, then owner is set to *.

What is the EXACT group name and what is the EXACT targeting?

Right now, moderator can target !%vipmoderator , vipmoderator can target !%admin, and on and on.

From the beginning, user !%donator, donator can target !%moderator, so on.

Ok, disable FAdmin (the stock Admin Mod with DarkRP) and see if that changes anything.

Assuming you have the modification folder in your addons for DarkRP, to disable FAdmin, go to
darkrpmodification/lua/darkrp_config/disabled_defaults.lua
and change Line 35 to true

I have always had Fadmin disabled. I'm only getting this error now, after having my server up for almost 2 years. Should I download the latest ULX?

You also haven't shown us your inheritance tree, OP, which is key for debugging this sort of stuff.
What would help is if you ran "ulx debuginfo" from the server's console and pastebin'd the contents of the created file or otherwise attached it.

We need the entire contents of the file; all that you've posted are the entries for the addons you have installed.
