Thanks, MrPresident!

Few questions about maintaining this for the future:
- Did we notify/message these users at all about their promotion? They might be a little confused why they're suddenly blue.

- Should we make a news post announcing why they were promoted? First to introduce our respected community members program, and showcase the new additions.
- Should we do a monthly/bi-monthly promotion? If we do this regularly, perhaps some members may be motivated to be active/helpful for the month so they can get their promotion. (Limiting to, say, 3 users per month probably would prevent too much growth, and may prevent issues with fairness/picking candidates?)
- Should we actively demote users after 6-12 months or so if they haven't been active? Perhaps it could be considered a "Congratulations! You are great. Here's 12 months of this status". I may be leaning towards keeping it permanent though.
- Before we promote any users, I think we should all vote. Not anything real official, but more of a "does anyone have any objections" type thing. Definitely go through the user's recent posts and see what you think.
Some more potential candidates:
Decicus: Has been very helpful and kind, and has been around for a few years. He hasn't posted too much lately, but he still seems to be checking in on the forums every once in a while.

LuaTenshi: Also not very active of late. I recall him making a few good releases, and he was also the one that made the PR request for custom string targeting pieces. I believe he/she at one point asked to join the team, but that didn't seem to go anywhere.

Bite That Apple: A bit snarky at times iirc, but made some good releases in the past. He seems to be moving away from gmod altogether, but still pops in every once in a while. Putting the name here for your consideration.

Aaron113: An all-around good guy who made URS, a pretty popular addon, and is generally helpful around the forums. Hasn't been really active in the past year or so, though. He seems to be back and forth on interest in gmod and continuing his work. I'll have to chat him up sometime soon and see what he's up to.

Caustic Soda-Senpai: He seems to be active in spurts, and I'll let you guys decide whether he's helpful or not.

Zmaster: He's up there in terms of number of posts, and it seems like he's helpful and has a few releases. I honestly can't remember anything that stands out though. Putting his name here so I can remember and look it up later.
